All information collected including the credit card number, expiration date and personal address information is used only to charge you, the customer, for the service you are purchasing. It will never be given to any third party, other than the credit card authorization center (our merchant processor service).
Financial information (specifically any credit card number) is not kept directly on our server, nor is it accessible or visible within a customer account. Credit card numbers are kept only with our online merchant processor service (the service which we use to process credit card payments), on their completely secure, PCI DSS Compliant server. Information is kept on file for greater than 60 days in order to provide ongoing customer service and, if applicable, to allow ongoing billing for our auto-ship plans, memberships, or payment plans. All personal and financial information will be removed on request.
If you choose to order one of our subscription based products, a customer account will be created when you place your order. For non-subscription based products, no customer account is required, but you may choose to open a free customer account with us at any time, either when you place an order or by going to our customer account creation page.
Your customer account is kept on our secure server (see security information at the bottom of this page), and is password protected and inaccessible without your login information. It is imperative that you keep your login information in a safe place. Personal information that can be kept within your Customer Account will include your name, shipping and/or billing address(es), phone number(s), email address, any reviews that you have written on our products, Wishlist information, information about your purchase history (previous orders you have placed), and information about any subscriptions, payment plans or auto-ship plans. As stated above, credit card numbers are not kept in nor are they accessible within any customer account.
This site and our related sites provide various opt-out newsletter subscriptions. If you choose to join our newsletter(s), you will be required to provide your name and email address. You can unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time. During the period you are subscribed to our newsletter(s), your name and email address will remain on file with our newsletter service provider. Should you choose to unsubscribe from our newsletter, your information will remain on file but you will not receive any additional correspondence from us.
If you choose to correspond directly with us through email or through our Customer Service form, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses, to maintain a history of the support we provide you, the customer. We appreciate feedback from our customers, and encourage it. Customer reviews help others see the value in our products. You can post reviews for any products you have ordered, simply by
logging in to your account, going to the product page and submitting your review for moderation. Your review will be posted once approved, and you can view any reviews you have submitted
from within your customer account page.
We keep products reviews on file indefinitely. If you would like to remove your review, simply contact us and we will remove it.
A note about Testimonials
We also have Testimonials from our previous websites, and they are posted only with consent from our customers.
